  *I've never reviewed anyone before and I felt like I had to the moment I left* I had just gone on a very long hike on a hot day, i came in for a sandwich and hash browns I waited at the counter as both employees ignored me for a few minutes as I waited for help, and when I asked for a cup of water, I was told I would be charged for the cup, which is against state law. I was very dehydrated. Its not like I came off the street asking for water and nothing else. When I informed the cashier, who was already giving me very annoyed looks like she wanted to be anywhere else, she informed me that its not her rule its her bosses decision.(which it isn't seeing as its illegal,) No apology or exception. Just a snippy "oh well. We don't do that here." Meanwhile I only had enough cash on hand for the food. Long story short, she was very rude and giving me a rude tone and speaking very condescendingly. She knew nothing about customer service and whoever the manager is, clearly doesn't either.
